Brillat Savarin is a triple cream Brie cheese created in the 1930s as a homage to the 18th century French gourmet Jean Brillat Savarin.  This cheese is luscious and creamy with white bloomy rind and a buttery white paste. The texture is dense with flavours of butter and hints of mushroom, nuts and truffle. Made from cows milk, its creamy and distinctive mouth tingling texture starts with a chalky centre when young to end up soft enough for a spoon…always a party pleaser. Pair this cheese with a rose, Champagne or sparkling wine.
