This Creamy creation hails from the plateau of Langres and has a strong yet subtle flavour with a creamy centre. A washed rind giving it the glorious orange colouring and smell this is a celebration kind of cheese, distinguished by a dimple at the top, the French pour Champagne in it allowing it to sink in and flavour the cheese or of course it can be eaten just naked. Best with French Champagne or a fresh white.
