This hard cooked cheese is made from goats milk, aged for 12 months in The Netherlands then developed in the US. Ivory in colour, it’s nutty with brown buttery flavours & a long caramel finish.  As it ages, protein crystals form and develop a slight crunch to this dense and smooth cheese. Pair this cheese with Zinfandel or Syrah.
